3-station seamless press machine or embossing machine is used for leather, Eva, and foam embossing. This series of machine is divided into manual and sliding tray press machine. 

Features: 

1) Two hot molds on both sides and one cold mold in the middle.                           

2) Hot press time is longer than the cool press, the optical combination time is 2:1.                                                                   

3) Hot molds are heated by electric heating rods, cold molds use a circulation water cooling system (Chiller is optional to install).         

4) Thicken hot molds is good to stabilize the pressure plate temperature. The cold molds use 4 inlets and 4 outlets independent water circulating system. Good cooling effect.No external chiller required to reduce the production cost.                                                             

5) Welding time, welding temperature and pressure can be adjusted to achieve the optimized combinations.                                    

Application: Auto seat forming, leather embossing, Eva and Foam embossing, shoes upper welding,PU leather,sponge foaming forming, knitting cotton forming or various leather-wares embossing forming,puff hot welding etc.
